We recently sold our house in Las Cruces and used Suzann as our Realtor. The $1,995 Flat Fee Listing Service helped us make the decision. We were not sure the commission structure would work and were a little apprehensive about paing part of the commission up front, we shouldn't have worried!

We are very pleased with our new home in Sonoma Ranch, and Las Cruces Realty has played a large part in that. Since our primary residence is in metropolitan Detroit, building a vacation home from long distance has been challenging at times. Yet you’ve made it seem feasible and practical for us.

It began with our inquiry through the Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce web site. Your response to our request for information, and the significant time spent on the phone with us, made the area sound very inviting.
